Fruits are naturally provided source of food to man and other animals alike naturally, most of the time they occur tenderly and attain maturity naturally.

They are more nutritious and are advice-able by medical personnels to be taken as often as possible far more than our local meals and diets.

Fruits has a lot of benefits to the body, benefits like helping to curb constipation, enables an individual to drive away cholesterol and fat from the body duty to the high soluble fibers it contains.

Fruits taken helps the body to fight diseases of all sorts and act as a catalyst to our immune system because of the anti-oxidants they contain in them.

Eating fruits like grape and blue-berries or any other kind or type of fruit rich in blue pigments has a lot of benefits or advantages.

They give maximum protection against cancer and other diseases by the removal of free radicals from the body.

Basically fruits are of utmost benefit to us as human because of the high minerals, vitamins, anti-oxidants and little nutrients that enhancing the body system and protects against aging in human doing these by protecting the cells that are rejuvenating.

Also the intake of food helps to give the eyes clear sight by positively impacting the retina, and it can help against memory loss, rough skin and retarded growth.

Best taken when fresh and just harvested, make sure you thoroughly wash and rinse, to cleanse every type of chemical that must have been used in the process of growing.

It has no limit as to which extent you can eat to, eat to your satisfaction on a daily bases and you'll grow your while your mate might be aging.

They can be gotten from local markets around you and if able they exist in near by green vegetable areas, grow normally like any other tree but contains God given nutrients that just exist in nature and in our environments for consumption
