Lights from electronic devices discovered to prevent proper night sleep.
Lights that shine so bright from our mobile phones, from our laptops, tablet, ipads and what have you have an effect on our sleep at night, they don't really allow us to sleep well according to the publication in nature journal.
The rhyme of the body naturally becomes shaken because of the artificial light it receives from this bright objects.
This light also have been proven to be able to insert chemicals into the brain and also make people to use stimulant like caffeine.
Also discovered that this sleep promoting neurons are been affected by this bright light and also the release of the nightly melatonin that is the hormones that encourages sleep, instead of releasing the melatonin it activates the hormones that keep people alert.
Which makes people to crave for sleep at night because of the too much exposure to bright light from electronic gadgets.
