A seven minute exercise regime that can really change your life.

Doing exercise(regime) for just seven minutes as devised by scientist has been shown to offer as many benefits as doing a long run or a long weight session can provide. All you need is a wall, seven minutes of your time and a chair, though it has been confirmed that when doing this kind of exercise you'll be in pain in order for you to have a maximum benefit.

This kind of exercise has a lot of benefit and its the same as going on a very long distance run and it saves time.
